A Living Will is used to specify the medical treatments that you would like to receive if you are suffering from a terminal illness or if you are in a permanent vegetative state without any real prospect of recovery.
A living will is used to let your attending medical team know what life saving treatments you want applied or withheld during any period in which you are suffering from a terminal illness or in a permanent state of unconsciousness and unable to communicate your instructions.
This Living Will is not state specific but can be used in all states.
